Single Key Data Entry

Where the original information is of good quality single key provides a cost effective solution.

OCR and Single Key Data Entry

An additional option to single key data entry is to add our sophisticated OCR technology as a separate process. The two outputs programmatically compared.

Double Key Data Entry

All data is keyed twice by two separate data entry operators. The two data files are then compared against each other. Any differences found are sent to a third quality control operator to verify against the original source data.

Triple Key Data Entry

This is the highest level of data entry. Data is keyed separately by three individual data entry operators. All three data files are then compared against each other. Any differences found are sent to a fourth quality control operator to verify against the original source data.
